Appointments
• Sessions are by appointment only.
• Please arrive 5–10 minutes early to begin on time.
Cancellation Policy
• A 24-hour notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.
• Missed appointments or late cancellations will be charged 50–100% of the session fee, depending on notice given.
• Exceptions will be made in case of emergency at the therapist’s discretion.
Late Arrivals
• If you arrive late, your session will end at the scheduled time.
• Full payment is still required.
Payment
• Payment is due at the time of service via cash, card, or digital payment (Venmo, Zelle, etc.).
• Gratuities are appreciated but not required.
Professional Boundaries
• This is a professional therapeutic service only.
• Any inappropriate behavior will result in immediate termination of the session, and full payment will be required.
Health Considerations
• Please inform the therapist of any medical conditions, recent injuries, illnesses, or surgeries before your session.
• If you’re feeling unwell (fever, cold, flu, etc.), please reschedule your appointment.
Confidentiality
All client information is kept strictly confidential and will not be shared without written consent.
Communication
Open and honest communication is encouraged. Please let your therapist know if pressure needs to be adjusted or if you have any concerns during the session.
